The transfer details are as follows :

1. WEMIX Coin transfer for reallocating the Foundation’s essential resources following the Brioche Hard Fork

Following the Brioche Hard Fork implementation, 100 million WEMIX Coins have been allocated for the Foundation’s essential resources : 50 million WEMIX Coins for team rewards and development costs, and 50 million WEMIX coins for the ecosystem development fund, consisting of 30 million WEMIX Coins for investment and partnerships, and 20 million WEMIX Coins for marketing. These funds are stored in separate non-circulating wallets and will be transferred to the circulating wallets per their designated purposes over the next five years. Refer to transfer number 3 for the first-year allocation in July 2024.

2. WEMIX Coin transfer for the preparation of the Mass Burning of WEMIX Coins following the Brioche Hard Fork

Non-circulating WEMIX Coins stored in custodial wallets, excluding the Foundation’s essential resources, have been transferred to the Burn Preparation wallet and subsequently burned. All WEMIX Coins, excluding the 2 million WEMIX Coins in the Staking Box that is not available for withdrawal due to users not unstaking from the WEMIX Classic GP staking service on the Klaytn chain, and14.87 million WEMIX Coins allocated for Platform usage, were burned. The 2 million WEMIX Coins in the Staking Box was transferred to the Staking Box wallet (non-circulating), and the 14.87 million WEMIX Coins for Platform usage, was transferred to the Platform Wallet (circulating).

Per the Brioche Hard Fork announcement, WEMIX Coins for team/development and the Ecosystem Development Fund will be distributed starting in July 2024 over five years. WEMIX Coins available for circulation in the corresponding year totals 20 million WEMIX Coins, which includes 10 million WEMIX Coins for team/development, 6 million WEMIX Coins (Ecosystem Development Fund) for partnership/investments, and 4 million WEMIX Coins for marketing (Ecosystem Development Fund).
