WEMIX | WEMIX Policy Update

The WEMIX Terms of Service will be updated in conjunction with the WEMIX.Fi service update is scheduled for August 23, 2024.

For detailed information regarding the service update, please refer to the WEMIX.Fi Service Revision announcement. Key changes to the terms and conditions are outlined below.

1. Purpose

• The terms and conditions will be revised in accordance with the update and transition of WEMIX.Fi services.
• The WONDER Staking service within WEMIX.Fi will be renamed and serviced as WEMIX Stake.
• Certain services, including the Concentrated Range Deposit Pool/Swap, and LIQUID Staking, will be transferred from WEMIX PTE. LTD. to OnchainLabs Co., Ltd.

2. Key Revision

• Article 2, Section 1 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed and WEMIX Stake will be added.
• Article 2, Section 8 : WEMIX Classic to WEMIX Coin conversion will be a one-way bridge.
• Article 2, Section 9 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed and WEMIX Stake will be added.
• Article 2, Section 10 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed.
• Article 2, Section 10 : Pegging information of WEMIX$ will be updated.
• Article 2, Section 13 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed and WEMIX Stake will be added.
• Article 2, Section 14 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed and WEMIX Stake will be added.
• Article 3, Section 3 : WEMIX.Fi will be removed and WEMIX Stake will be added.
• Article 3, Section 9 : WEMIX.Fi service information will be removed and WEMIX Stake service information will be added.
• Article 4, Section 6 : The sequence of inappropriate naming lists will be adjusted.
• Article 4, Section 6, Subsection H : WDS will be removed.

3. Effective Date

• Implementation : August 23, 2024

4. Note

• For any inquiries regarding these revisions, please contact the WEMIX.Fi Support Center.
• Should you disagree with the revised policy, your access to the service will be restricted.
• WEMIX.Fi services transitioning to OnchainLabs Co., Ltd. will be governed by separate policies provided by OnchainLabs Co., Ltd., and you must agree to these terms to continue using the services.
• Please note that WEMIX.Fi does not collect or use personal (credit) information from its users; therefore, no personal (credit) information will be transferred during the transition.

2024년 8월 23일로 예정된 WEMIX.Fi 서비스 개편과 함께 위믹스 통합 서비스 이용약관이 업데이트될 예정입니다.

서비스 개편에 대한 자세한 사항은 WEMIX.Fi 서비스 개편 공지를, 이용약관과 관련된 주요 변경 사항은 아래 내용을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 개정 사유

• 위믹스파이(WEMIX.Fi) 서비스 개편 및 이관에 따라 이용약관이 개정됩니다.
• 위믹스파이의 원더 스테이킹(WONDER Staking)은 위믹스 스테이크(WEMIX Stake)로 변경되어 서비스가 제공됩니다.
• 위믹스파이의 구간 예치 풀/스왑, 리퀴드 스테이킹 등 일부 서비스는 WEMIX PTE. LTD.에서 (주)온체인랩스로 이관되어 서비스가 제공됩니다.

2. 개정 내용

• 제2조 제1항 WEMIX.Fi 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제8항 WEMIX Classic에서 WEMIX COIN으로 단방향 브릿지로 변경할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제9항 WEMIX.Fi 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제10항 WEMIX.Fi를 삭제할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제10항 WEMIX$의 페깅 관련 정보를 업데이트할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제13항 WEMIX.Fi 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제14항 WEMIX.Fi 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제3조 제3항 WEMIX.Fi 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제3조 제9항 WEMIX.Fi 서비스 안내 삭제 및 위믹스 스테이크 서비스 안내를 추가할 예정입니다.
• 제4조 제6항 위배되는 이름 항목 순번을 조정할 예정입니다.
• 제4조 제6항 아 항목에서 WDS를 삭제할 예정입니다.

3. 개정 시기

• 적용 일정 : 2024년 8월 23일
  ※ 내부 사정으로 인하여 업데이트 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다.

4. 참고 사항

• 개정 사항에 대한 문의가 있으신 경우, 위믹스파이 서포트 센터에 문의를 등록해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 개정된 위믹스 이용약관에 동의하지 않으실 경우, 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.
• (주)온체인랩스로 이관되는 위믹스파이 서비스는 서비스 이관과 함께 이관되는 서비스들의 새로운 운영 주체인 (주)온체인랩스에 의해 별도의 이용약관이 제공되며, 해당 이용약관에 동의해야 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 WEMIX.Fi 이용자의 개인(신용)정보를 수집, 이용하지 않으므로, 사업 이관 시 이용자 내지 회원의 개인(신용)정보는 이전되지 않는 점을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
