We are pleased to inform you that the error occurred after the July 3rd PLAY Wallet update has been fixed in today’s update.

1.Unable to exchange game token
Service: Game Token’s Bridge Feature
Issue: Intermittent malfunctioning of game token’s bridge feature
2.Redirecting to WEMIX PLAY when using swap feature
Service: Wallet’s Swap Feature
Issue: Being redirected to the WEMIX PLAY’s swap page when pressing the Swap button on the token page or GameFi page.

- PLAY Wallet App’s new version can be updated at the Store.

현상 : 게임토큰 전환 시도 시 간헐적으로 전환 불가
2. 교환하기 기능 사용 시 위믹스 플레이로 이동
서비스 : 월렛 교환하기 기능
현상 : 토큰상세 내 교환하기 버튼 및 GameFi 교환하기 버튼 클릭 시 위믹스 플레이 스왑 페이지로 이동
