WEMIX PLAY Post-Renewal Error & App Guide

Hello, this is the WEMIX PLAY team.

With your support, the WEMIX PLAY App has officially launched!

The WEMIX PLAY App allows you to manage your PLAY Wallet, WEMIX Wallet, and una Wallet all in one place by adding your private keys.

Please note that the wallets used on the previous WEMIX platform will be replaced with the unified wallet supported by the renewed WEMIX PLAY. Wallets from other services can’t be used with WEMIX PLAY.

If you want to use WEMIX PLAY with another wallet, try the following steps:

[Adding a Wallet to the WEMIX PLAY App (Import)]

• Transfer your WEMIX3.0 Mainnet assets from another wallet to your PLAY Wallet, WEMIX Wallet, or una Wallet.
• Copy the private key from the wallet holding your WEMIX3.0 Mainnet assets.
• Create an account on the WEMIX PLAY App.
• Add your wallet by pasting the copied private key through the “Connect Wallet” on the home screen.

• Please note that you are responsible for your digital assets.
• We can’t provide any assistance with issues related to the asset transfers, so be sure to double-check the address before sending.

Also, we’ve noticed some issues with the WEMIX PLAY App. Here are the details of the issues we’ve identified.

▶ NFT Transfer Error

• Service : NFT
• Details : Insufficient gas fee message appears when sending NFT, even if holding enough gas fee.

We are working with the relevant team to address this issue and resolve it swiftly.

• 타 월렛에 보유중인 WEMIX3.0 메인넷 자산을 PLAY Wallet, WEMIX *
• Wallet, una Wallet으로 전송
• WEMIX3.0 메인넷 자산을 보유중인 PLAY Wallet, WEMIX Wallet, una Wallet의 프라이빗 키를 복사
• WEMIX PLAY App에서 계정을 생성
• 복사한 프라이빗 키를 홈화면 → “지갑 연결”을 통해 월렛을 추가
