WEMIX Wallet’s View and Recover Missent Coin/Token Feature Updated

We have noticed that many users have been missending WEMIX Classic and KLAY of the Klaytn Mainnet to WEMIX Wallet which supports the WEMIX3.0 Mainnet.

Missent digital assets of the Klaytn Mainnent can already be recovered through MetaMask by extracting private keys at decentralized WEMIX Wallet. However, WEMIX team has decided to add the View and Recover Missent Coin/Token service for the users’ convenience.

Users can view and recover the missent WEMIX Classic and KLAY of the Klaytn Mainnet through the updated service at WEMIX Wallet.

Please check the details below for further information, and update the WEMIX Wallet application to the newest version in order to use the service.

> View and Recover Missent Coin/Token Service

- Menu: WEMIX Wallet > Settings > Service — View and Recover Missent Coin/Token
- Function: Recovermissent Klaytn Network-based digital assets (i.e.WEMIX Classic, KLAY) to WEMIX Wallet, which does not support the Klaytn Mainnet.
- Notice :
1) Gas fee (KLAY) occurs since it is a transfer of WEMIX Classic and KLAY of Klaytn Network.
* Small amount of KLAY can be left due to the usage of the gas fee.
2) Please double-check the receiving wallet address before resending the missent assets.
3) The recover service is a convenience function, which means users are entirely responsible for missending their assets again by entering the wallet address incorrectly.

1. Open WEMIX Wallet Application > Settings > Service — View and Recover Missent Coin/Token
2. Click Re-send
3. Select coin/token to send
4. Enter the wallet address of the receiver (Wallet supporting Klaytn Mainnet)
5. Check the information before sending > Verification procedure
6. View the transfer information

In the nearest future, we will add recovery services of other networks where occasional mistransfer occurs as the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem expands. WEMIX team will spare no effort to help our users recover their valuable assets.

오입금 반환 기능을 통해 오입금된 클레이튼 메인넷의 위믹스클래식과 클레이를 본인의 위믹스 월렛에서 조회 및 반환할 수 있습니다.

업데이트에 대한 상세 내용은 아래를 참고하여 주시기 바라며 위믹스월렛에서 해당 기능을 찾을 수 없다면, 스토어로 이동하여 위믹스월렛을 최신 버전으로 업데이트하여 주시기 바랍니다.

> 오전송 코인/토큰 확인 및 복구 기능

- 메뉴 : 위믹스월렛 > 설정 > 서비스 — 오전송 코인/토큰 확인 및 복구
- 기능 : 위믹스월렛에서 지원하지 않는 네트워크인 클레이튼 네트워크의 디지털 자산(위믹스클래식, 클레이)를 위믹스월렛에 오전송하는 경우 다시 보내기 기능을 이용해 원하는 월렛 주소로 전송
- 주의사항 :
1) 클레이튼 네트워크의 디지털 자산인 위믹스클래식과 클레이의 전송이기에 수수료 항목의 가스비로 클레이가 사용됩니다.
* 가스비 사용으로 인해 소량의 클레이가 남아있을 수 있습니다.
2) 다시 보내기 기능을 이용하여 전송 시 월렛 주소 입력 등 오전송에 주의하시기 바랍니다.
3) 다시 보내기 기능은 편의기능으로 월렛 주소 확인을 하지 않고 재발하는 오전송의 경우 이용자에게 책임이 있습니다.
