Description: As the admin of a registered company or community on WeMove Rally (for corporates) your dashboard allows you to add and manage your members.
This feature gives access and control over;
- Number of staff/members added
- Staff level
- How much bonus is allocated to each registered staff/member (based on their level)
Purpose/Benefits:
- Your registered staff/members get to qualify for a quarterly draw to win awesome bonus prices when they purchase a package within the stipulated time frame. (This offer is exclusive for staff registered under organizations only).
- This feature allows you to add any number of staff.
- Here you can set different staff levels like senior management, mid-management, Directors, etc., and assign each registered staff to their suitable level.
- You can also set the additional discount made available from your organization to staff members on each level.
- Adding more than 50 staff gives your organization allowance for post-payment (on company discounts applied) till the end of each month.
Usage Guide:
To add your staff —
- Login to your https://rally.wemove.co account
- In your dashboard click on the ‘all staff’ menu at the left-hand side of your screen.
- (i) Copy the unique URL and share it with your staff/members to click and signup. OR
- (ii) Click on the ‘add new’ button and fill in the staff detail to register your members individually.
- (iii) Click on the ‘add bulk’ button and upload a sheet containing more than one staff detail (CSV file format) to add multiple staff details together. (Note-You can add download a sample sheet here to get the required format)
