Book For A Friend (GET A PATRON REWARD)

1. The promoter of this promotion is WeMove Technologies Limited (RC1448679), whose registered office is at 78 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.

3. The validity period for entry for this promotion is from 16th July 2019 to 31st of August 2019.

4. No responsibility will be accepted be WeMove for failed entries not received for whatever reason.

5. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

• Follow us on Twitter; @wemoveco
• Make a booking on behalf of a third-party (your friend) who needs to hire a bus, car or truck, on www.wemove.co
• Tweet at us with the last 4 digits of the person’s phone number.
  - “I successfully completed a patron booking for *indicate vehicle type* on @wemoveco”.
• WeMove will follow up with you to get the phone number you booked for as verification.
• WeMove connects to your friend and render the required service.
• You get your ‘WeMove Patron reward’ after your friend makes full payment for the vehicle hire service you booked for them.
• Your ‘WeMove Patron reward’ will be 3% (to the lower hundred) of the booking cost paid by your friend, after tax deduction.
  “For instance if 3% of the booking is NGN3421.8, we will pay you NGN3400.”
• Patron Rewards below N2,000 will be paid as airtime recharge. Above N2,000 will be paid in cash or through bank transfers.
• Each booking will be considered individually.
• Only the first booking will be considered for the Patron Reward where there exists multiple bookings for the same service.
• You will be requested to share a WeMove Patron Reward acknowledgement tweet online after receiving your reward.

6. WeMove reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of WeMove’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by WeMove.

7. Cash or Airtime alternative will be offered as prizes. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and WeMove reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Promotion beneficiaries will be notified by email within 48 hours of the customer’s full payment date. If the beneficiary cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the reward.

10. By entering this promotion, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
