Description: This is the primary service offering by WeMove. The bookings form is designed to capture a wholesome detail of your moving requirements from the vehicle type you need, to why you need the vehicle and how long you need it. It is the first step in an automated process linking you to a bidding platform where all WeMove vehicle service partners receive and bid for your booking.

Purpose/Benefits:

• By using the booking feature you stand a better chance of getting better bargains due to the bidding process engaged in by our vehicle partners.
• This is your primary channel for accessing vehicles on the platform.
• This is designed to be more efficient than traditional methods of vehicle hire. On the average booking is completed within 3 minutes.
• Booking gives you access to hire consultation service from wemove.

How To:

• Open www.wemove.co
• Fill the three textboxes at the top of the home page indicating vehicle type needed, Where you need it and what you need it for.
• Click the ‘Book Vehicle’ button to proceed.
• In the ‘Complete Your Bookings’ page, fill up the textboxes. Including pick-up and drop-off details, number of vehicles needed, and any extra information which might help to us improve your service experience.
• Remember to check the box if you are booking for someone else.
• Fill their basic profile information in the textbox box that rolls out.
• Click the ‘Finish’ button at bottom to conclude your booking successfully
• You get a pop-up message saying “Your booking was successful”.
• You also get a ‘Booking Successful” email sent to your registered email address.
