Your First Access On Rally (For new staff signed up)
If you are a registered user on WeMove.co, then you already have a rally.wemove.co account consisting of the same login details as both accounts are interlinked.
Congratulations! your organization has been registered as a ‘Rally for Corporate’ partner and you have been added as a staff to your organization’s Rally account. As a users on Rally you have been categorized into one of two sets;
- Regular User — has no affiliation with any partner organization
- Staff Users — has been included by a registered organization as a member of their staff
This article explains how you as a ‘Staff user’ can gain access to your account after being added by your organization. Also the list of menus on your account dashboard and their uses.
How to commence using your Rally account after being added by your organization’s admin (For new users)
- Open https://rally.wemove.co or follow the link in your welcome email
- Scroll to the top right and click on the login menu
- Click on ‘forgot password’
- Enter your email address used to register your Rally account in the text field then click the ‘submit’ button
- Open the password reset email sent to your mailbox. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- Enter your new password and confirm.
- Return to https://rally.wemove.co/login and use your email and new password to login.
After login, you get to see your dashboard. This is where you view your activities and usage status across the Rally. Below is a list of menus available on your dashboard.;
- Find Trip: clicking on this tab sends you to the search menu where all available tours are displayed, showing the tour details, price and tour planer. You can easily sort for tours by date, planner or location.
- My Discounts: This tab is solely for the staff of registered companies on the planner. It shows the available discounts.
- My Opt-ins: This displays the number of tours you have purchased using this platform.
- Settings: You can alter your personal settings here ie; name, email, phone number, etc. there is also a room to add card payments to ease transactions.
- Referral Promo: There is a unique referral link for every Rally member. You get 2% of all the price anyone spends on tour purchase using your referral link. If an organization signs up using your referral link, you earn 2% of the money any of their staff spends on their first tour purchase.
