My daily routine.

There is seldom a single day that I don’t sneeze. Born in a family with allergy genetically, I am sensitive to temperature, humidity, and dirts.

Taiwan is extremely humid and if the weather suddenly turns cold or more humid, I sneeze. If the air pollution is heavy that day, I sneeze. (The air pollution in Taichung city is serious but a little better than Kaohsiung) I found that if I exercise more, it gets better. Since now I work at home now, maybe it is time to do some workout and get a better life.

The “Wendy’s 642 Things to Write About “ project is a writing plan based on 642 Things to Write About by the San Francisco Writers’ Grotto.
