We are looking for a talented Social media and Community manager to give a hand to our Communication team in building durable relationships with our community and supporters through various social media channels.
You will be responsible for keeping our community well informed and engaged in the rapid global development of our company by managing our Social media platforms, creating original content and maintaining the community’s spirit.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends; as a member of our team, we expect you to be passionate about technology, sustainability, and empowerment.
You should have excellent communication skills, efficiency orientated mindset and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities
- Be capable to develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Manage communication with community management team and collaborate closely on serving community’s needs
- Create and distribute engaging content on our social media platforms daily
- Keep a track on social media and community management performance and report on related KPIs
- Be responsive to current benchmark trends and audience preference
- Provide communication team with basic daily designs
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager and/or Community manager
- Native/ fluent English
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- A clear understanding of marketing and communications principals
- Familiarity with crypto market specifics
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Psychology or relevant field.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, UX, experience with advertising on social media platforms, advanced knowledge of Reddit, Bitcointalk and other specific platforms will be considered as a strong advantage.
We would be very happy if the selected candidate could join our team in Vilnius/Tallinn HQ, but option to work remotely is also 100% available.
