Launching Another Trip Around the World
Quality over quantity. Exclusivity over mainstream appeal. Sustainable growth over short-term profits. These are the principles that have guided WYCO from the start. Back in January, the stars aligned for us. Our long-time dream of assembling a cohort of serious remote working professionals and showing them the world had finally become a reality. The launch of our first itinerary, Polaris, went off without a hitch.
We assembled a dream team of Roamers. Diverse, open-minded, hardworking, baller professionals. More than just a group of digital nomads working the world together — this crew quickly became a family. The OG gang will forever go down in history.
The next part was beautiful to watch. Proof of concept x social media = a powerful force. Much like that pop-up Phò-burger-fusion spot with a “hidden” dimly lit mixology bar in the basement … WYCO didn’t stay the best-kept-secret in for very long!
Within weeks of our first trip launch, word had spread that there was finally a travel-while-working program built by adventurous, serious, bold professionals, for adventurous, serious, bold professionals. While we could have predicted an uptick in applicants based on the undeniable success of our first trip, we hadn’t quite expected the massive overflow of QUALITY applications that would soon roll in.
With a surplus of the best applicants in the industry, we had no choice but to put our heads together and draw up a plan. So, we started mapping, and we came up with our second trip around the world. We are proud to announce that the Orion Itinerary is set to launch in July!
Orion will feature destinations throughout Europe, South America, and Africa exclusively. Orion will be led by two of the best program leads in the business. Meet Katie Lotz and Billy Schreyer:

We recognize that a trip around the world is kind of a big deal, so we’ve created a formula that allows for flexibility, so you can go your own way. Join on whenever you’d like. Jump around to different itineraries. It’s your story to write, we’re here to provide you with the best writing implements and to spark your creativity, so you can get started. Our only ask is that you stay on with us for at least three months, because your presence is important to us and we want to get to know you!

For those of you dreaming of a South East Asia adventure, fear not, we’ve got you. This portion of the world happens to be quite popular, and so we’ve curated a third trip (Lyra!) which launches this October in Seoul. It’s exciting, we know. But it’s a story for a different day.
