Despite the holiday season, finals, and myriad other commitments, hundreds of MBA candidates across the country joined WeSolv to earn a spot on Salesforce’s Product Marketing team!

Throughout the two-week Salesforce Challenge, MBA students teamed up with colleagues, attended Salesforce meetings, and conducted deep research into the Consumer Goods CRM market landscape. This unique Challenge, Salesforce’s second to date with WeSolv, provided a rare opportunity for candidates to engage directly with the industry leader and develop real experience working for their Product Marketing team. Most importantly, this was an entree point for candidates to earn an interview spot for a Product Marketing Internship role next summer.

691 Talented MBA Candidates Participated in this Challenge

Thanks to WeSolv’s amazing University Partners ranging from 79 career centers to student clubs, this year’s competition drew nearly 4x the number of impressive and talented students compared to last year.

Contestants Represented 45 MBA Programs

Through these University Partnerships, WeSolv connected Salesforce with candidates from a broad range of schools, enhancing access to untapped diversity and talent outside of their current MBA pipeline. Salesforce Met with Students 3 Times During the Challenge

MBAs gathered around their computers to hear from and interact directly with leaders from Salesforce’s Marketing and Futureforce Teams. During these calls candidates asked questions and gained valuable insights into the inner workings of Salesforce. There’s no better way to learn what it is like to be a Trailblazer!

Students Delivered 96 Innovative Solutions

After analyzing competitors along with Salesforce’s own positioning, candidates leveraged their critical thinking and research skills to create real, actionable solutions for the tech giant. Each team developed a deck along with creative videos to add context to their recommendations.

Top Winners Will Be Announced Soon!

Product marketing SMEs and Salesforce leaders are currently judging submissions and will declare the winners next week! After that, top performers will interview for a 2019 Summer MBA Product Marketing Internship role.
