Graduate Entrepreneurs Competitive Start Fund

Enterprise Ireland’s Competitive Start Fund for Graduate Entrepreneurs will open on 8th March 2017. The fund offers a €50,000 equity investment for 10 early stage start-up companies led by entrepreneurs who have graduated with a 3rd level qualification in the last 3 years, or those sitting their final exams in 2017.

The Competitive Start Fund can help entrepreneurs to:

• Develop their business with a €50,000 investment
• Grow as leaders and decision makers through tailored supports
• Expand their networks and work alongside like-minded entrepreneurs

To be eligible for this competition, at least one member of the founder team must have graduated during the last 3 years, with a qualification at NFQ level 8 or higher. Enterprise Ireland will also accept applications where the qualification will be achieved in 2017. Applications can be submitted by teams where there is more than one person driving the proposed business or by individuals.

This CSF is open to applications from a wide range of industries; Software to Construction and from Engineering to Food. Further information and guidance on the application process is available at Enterprise-Ireland.com
