Our friends at ALPHA Innovation are thrilled to announce a $100,000 cash investment prize is up for grabs, to successful scale-ups competing at their Disrupt by the Sea 2023 Shark Tank.
Taking place Friday 15 September in Donegal, Disrupt by the Sea, will see 6 globally ambitious scale-ups pitching to a panel of US Sharks who will provide tough love, advice and feedback on their roadmap.
Powered by the sharks, the investment will assist successful pitchers with their entry into the US market.

The final open call to pitch at Disrupt by the Sea 2023 has been extended until Sun 27 August.
Speaking on the event, Head of Innovation, Kevin Sexton said:
“I am excited to welcome our US Sharks flying in to put 6 Scaleups through their paces and adjudicate on which of the businesses will benefit most from their support. There are so many talented scaleups across the country that we can’t wait to showcase this year.”
Kevin continued, “We designed Shark Tank to bridge a gap for enterprises that have validated demand from the market on this side of the Atlantic and are looking to establish relationships at C-level that will help them crack the US next.”
ALPHA Innovation is set to welcome over 100 guests to Donegal’s Atlantic shores for this inaugural live audience event that they plan to expand over coming years.
“The event is also a fantastic opportunity to showcase Donegal as a hotbed of innovation as well as highlighting everything else the County has to offer ..our local food produce, the coastal scenery, plus of course the warm welcome we are renowned for”, Kevin concludes.
