2019 San Pedro Practicum Report

This report, produced by students in Professor Ceasar McDowell’s 2019 Engaging Communities practicum course at MIT, applies the Civic Design Framework to engagement strategies in the city of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico.
The report offers eight proposals to strengthen civic participation in the city, providing opportunities for the municipality, residents, and civil society organizations to work collaboratively to improve engagement, with a particular emphasis on youth and marginalized communities.
