How to Purchase W Green Pay Tokens
Public sale runs from 1st October 2018, 12:00pm GMT+8, to 14th October 2018, 11:59am GMT+8, on www.wpay.sg or until tokens have been sold out.
UPDATE (29 SEP 2018): W Green Pay tokens have since been switched to be on the Ethereum network as ERC20 tokens.
STEP 1: PARTICIPATE
On the main page of W Green Pay, click on “Participate” to join the token sale.
At this point, do have these ready to make the KYC process a smoother and faster one:
- Wallet Address [Myetherwallet.com]
- A digital scan/snapshot of your passport
STEP 2: SIGNING UP
Click on “Sign Up”. Key in your email address and make sure that there is no error, as this will be your login information at the dashboard, as well as the main notification channel of your KYC and transaction status.
STEP 3: TERMS & CONDITIONS
To ensure that the data you have provided to us will be safely kept, and that you are aware of where, how and when we access your information, please read through the terms and conditions.
After reading through, check the tiny boxes on the left to each term, and proceed by clicking “Next”.
STEP 4: FILL IN YOUR BASIC INFORMATION
Key in your information in the fields below, and double check the details, especially your wallet address, before submitting them by hitting “Next”.
STEP 5: PROCESS CONFIRMATION
Upon submitting your information, you should see the page below which indicates that we have successfully received your information.
At this point, you will be able to access the dashboard which will update you of your participation status. If you have passed the preliminary KYC, you will be brought to the dashboard.
In the situation that your KYC is still pending, or your KYC has passed, we will notify you via email once the statuses have been updated.
STEP 6: SUBMIT PURCHASE ORDER
At the dashboard, you will see different information from purchasing WGP to your purchase history. Click “Purchase” to proceed.
Choose your preferred payment currency, and the fields will reflect the payment amount necessary to be made, accordingly. We accept XLM, ETH, BTC and fiat (USD).
STEP 7: TRANSACTION DETAILS
At this point, you will be brought to a screen with the confirmation of your purchase order. If the information displayed are correct, select “Purchase”.
After which, you will be presented with the transaction information — Bank account details for USD payment, ETH/XLM/BTC wallet addresses with QR code for respective payments. Rest assured that these details will also be emailed to you.
Kindly note that at this point, no purchase orders are confirmed until payment has been verified and tokens may be sold out at any point on a first-come-first-serve basis (first paid user). Please proceed with Step 8 (below) as soon as possible to prevent any disappointments!
STEP 8: MAKE PAYMENT FOR TOKENS
To ensure that the tokens you have submitted to reserve for are available, please make payment as soon as possible. Your payment will be verified within 48 hours.
In the occasion that you could not make payment within the 48-hour window, the purchase order will be automatically canceled which means that you would have to submit another purchase order for anew transaction.
For payments made after purchase orders have expired, there is no guarantee that the tokens will be available.
STEP 9: UPLOAD PASSPORT IMAGE
After submitting your purchase order and making payment, to guarantee that you will receive the tokens, passport KYC is necessary.
You have your digital scan/snapshot of your passport ready for this moment! Time to upload it by clicking on “Upload Your Passport”, browse your drive and select your passport snapshot.
Hit “Submit” immediately and wait for it to upload. Once it is uploaded, we will inform you of your KYC status. In the occasion that you have failed your secondary KYC upon manual check and have already made payment, your payment will be refunded to you.
