The Whitelist, IDO and Launch
As we race towards the launch of Whale.Loans we just wanted to update everyone on what’s next. So in this post we are going to talk in detail about the whitelist and the upcoming Initial Discord Offering.
The Whitelist:
We are going to be launching the whitelist from Dec 15th 00:00 UTC to Dec 22nd 00:00 UTC. During that time anyone who is present in our Discord will be able to whitelist. In order to participate you must join the Discord and message Whale Loans in our Discord your wallet address BEFORE Dec 22nd 00:00 UTC. It’s pretty simple.
To avoid mix-ups, the user is called “Whale Loans” with a special “Whitelist User” role attached. If you want to further verify, the full discord user ID is Whale Loans#6989. If users are having issues with messaging they can fill out this form instead.
Please send a single message with your BSC address. If anyone is detected trying to cheat, all of their addresses will be disqualified. We want this launch to be as fair as possible and to allow everyone to participate.
The Initial Discord Offering:
The IDO will take place after the conclusion of the whitelist. We will announce the details surrounding the time in the #announcements channel of the Discord after the conclusion of the whitelist.
Once the time of the IDO is announced and open, those who are on the whitelist will be able to buy HUMP. The sale price is $4 per HUMP. The funds raised will enable Whale.Loans to bootstrap liquidity and kickstart the protocol.
The initial supply of the token will be 68,260 HUMP with 50,000 offered to IDO participants, and 18,260 added as initial liquidity. The proceeds will go to initializing the PancakeSwap BUSD liquidity pool at $14 with a maximum of $280,000 in initial liquidity (140,000 BUSD and 10,000 HUMP).
Each participant can only buy their pro rata share of the offering. If 500 discord members are whitelisted, each one will be allocated 100 HUMP. When you buy, you are removed from the whitelist; so, if some people buy less than their share, everyone who has not yet bought will get a higher allocation. There will be no minimum, only a max cap.
The Launch:
After the conclusion of the IDO we will announce the approximate time of the launch in the #announcements channel of the Discord.
