There’s a recovery on Sales in US $, all the rest measures are still flat for holiday season. Sales in US $ has a quick 52% recovery against previous 7 days sales, it might mainly be due to the recent sales hike of BAYC. Let’s see what 2022 will bring us next week. Happy New Year everyone!

In-case you haven’t already seen it spreading across twitter, Eminem has entered BAYC!
The ape was purchased for 123.45 ETH (~$450k). So far, Eminem hasn’t said anything about it — only updated his twitter pfp. The resemblance is striking to say the least.
👩🌾 Pascal Boyart Releases NFT Farming Protocol 👨🌾
Pascal Boyart releases a NFT farming protocol for owners of any 1 of 210 genesis editions of Dollars Nakamoto.
Each edition was minted for 0.5 ETH and owners can mint up to a maximum of 9 second editions of Dollars Nakamoto, known as Generation Editions, over a 5 year period. The farming occur once the final Genesis edition was minted.
🦇 Ozzy Osbourne Launching CryptoBatz 🦇
The latest celebrity NFT project goes to Ozzy Osbourne with 9,666 CryptoBatz launching sometime in January.
There will of course be Ozzy fans buying, but it will no doubt attract a lot of flippers as well, like every celebrity NFT launch has so far. One thing that Ozzy has going for CrypoBatz is that owners can “create a new NFT by allowing them to bite and mutate with other NFTs” resulting in MutantBatz. This biting and mutating ‘utility’ will be supported by Bored Ape Yacht Club, SupDucks, Cryptotoadz and one more mystery project yet to be named.
🐛 Larva Lads Created by Ex-Head of Content at Snap 🐛
Larva Lads, a pixelated slug-type or larva pfp that is a parody on Larva Labs’ CryptoPunks, was launched on December 21st as a free mint. Each of the 5,000 mints created a randomly generated larva based on similar traits to those found in CryptoPunks. The NFTs look quite similar to the slap-stick comedy series Larva, directed by South Korean Joo-gong Maeng.
A quick investigation shows that the creator is Sean Mills, who left his role as Head of Original Content at Snap in June 2021.
Upcoming Drops
🐰 Gucci x SuperPlastic NFT Drop 🐰
Gucci dropped a teaser on Twitter announcing the impending launch of a collaboration with SuperPlastic.
Gucci has previously released NFTs and, with competition heating up in the luxury digital wearables market from other luxury brands such as Versace and Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci feel that a collaboration with SuperPlastic is a gateway for building a loyal following amongst NFT natives.
No official drop date has been announced yet.
🌸 Murakami.Flower Drop Coming in Spring 🌸
Takashi Murakami has revealed that he will be releasing a NFT project based on his “Murakami.Flower” sometime in the Spring.
Just coming off the massive success of the RTFKT Clone X collab drop, this is surely a project to keep an eye on.
