Prior to his current role, McDaniel served as Chief of Staff to Charles R. Schwab, founder and chairman of The Charles Schwab Corporation. McDaniel joined Charles Schwab & Co. in 2011 as a managing director of Retail Strategy, where he led strategy development and strategic initiatives for the Investor Services business. In addition to all of this, we are proud that Tobin is a Wharton MBA alumnus from the class of 2006.
