With two new classmates joining us for the podcast first semester, we elected to use our collective brainpower to think about the vision for our podcast. We wanted to push ourselves further, evolving from a highlight reel of our most impressive alums to the go-to podcast that people think of when they want a taste of what’s going on in the health tech ecosystem.

After months of clarifying this vision and objective, we decided we needed a new name to go with it. We are proud to unveil Pulse Podcast by Wharton Digital Health.

The Pulse seeks to celebrate all corners of the health tech industry. Our purpose is to capture the pulse of healthcare innovation that spans business leaders (both MBAs and non) and others across the healthcare community. We will still bring you rockstar guests from across the ecosystem, but our reaffirmed focus will allow us to more intentionally reach beyond our immediate networks.

Along with the announcement of our new name, we are also excited to release a new episode:

With our new vision front of mind, your requests for episodes are even more appreciated! Please reach out to whartonpulsepodcast@gmail.com if you, a colleague, or just someone you admire from afar would make a fantastic guest. We are always looking for opportunities to feature thought leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives with interesting things to say.

Thanks so much for being great listeners — we are excited for this next chapter!
