The 30 Day Grateful Challenge
What are you grateful for?
Between 2008 and 2009 I lost my car, my job, my home, my uncle to cancer, my best friend to cancer and my grandmother. Quite Naturally I fell into a deep deep depression that lasted until 2011. Two years of chain smoking 30 cigarettes daily with 8 cups of coffee led me to the AHA moment. What was I grateful for? I spent the past few years just complaining and blaming everything and everyone around me. It seems to me that most of us spend most of our lives worried either about the past, the present or the future; however we don’t take time to be grateful for what we have.
So this is the 30 day Grateful Challenge. Everyday I am going to write something that I am grateful for. I am hoping that you join me and also contribute to what you are grateful for. The only Rule is to be grateful for something different everyday. You can also be grateful for people, events and items.
Today, I am grateful for having the opportunity to write this.
