Tame your emotions and don’t freak out!

Everyday you face multiple situations where you come to a point where you may take a certain action. I have a simple rule for my daily decisions and actions.

Always ask yourself what you can win or lose.
  • Is it worthwhile to get into a verbal fight with your boss?
  • Is it worthwhile to help a certain person?
  • Is it worthwhile to complain about something?
  • Is it worthwhile to argue with your friend?
  • Is it worthwhile to make a new enemy?

Focus on being smart. The right actions are not always the smartest actions. A wise man changes his mind, a fool never will.
