6 Best AI Tools for Product Photography in 2025
Use AI for your business for e-commerce photography and realistic AI modelling.
My top 6 picks for the best AI product photography tools –
You probably already know how important great product photos are if you’re an entrepreneur or run a small business.
Visual content gets 94% more views than text-only. Combining text and visuals can boost information retention by up to 65%.
I know because I’ve been there. It used to take me ages to get the perfect shot.
Even after spending all the time in the world, I’d end up with something that somehow didn’t align with my brand identity.
The lighting was off. The colors didn’t pop. The background looked distracting.
Hiring a photographer was too expensive, and editing everything myself ate up a lot of time.
Then I found AI.
AI in photography isn’t new, but for the first time, it’s truly accessible.
AI tools can remove backgrounds, adjust lighting, and sharpen details in seconds. No complicated software. No advanced skills needed.
Since I started using these tools, I’ve saved so much time. This has helped me scale my writing business from $0 to $10K+ a month, as I don’t need to spend hours editing.
I’ve also noticed that AI tools keep my images consistent and make them look exactly like the ones used by big brands.
And honestly, it does the hard work for me. I mean, why put in unnecessary effort when AI can get the job done in seconds?
But is AI really worth it? Does it replace professional photography? Can it make a difference in your sales?
I had the same questions when I started. Now, I can’t imagine running my business without it.
76% of small businesses that adopted AI photography tools in 2025 reported cost savings of over 80%.
In this article, I’ll share the six best AI tools for product photography in 2025, break down specific features, and help you find the right one for your business.

Best AI Tools for Product Photography in 2025
I’ve spent hours doing a detailed review of each of the six AI Product Photography tools so you don’t have to.
1. AdCreative.ai — Best for High-ROI Ad Creatives
AdCreative.ai claims to be the most widely used tool for advertising. This platform offers a plethora of features, including product photoshoots and videoshoots, fashion photoshoots, stock image generation, high-conversion text creation, an instant ad generator, and competitor insights.
AdCreative.ai also includes a compliance checker tool that reviews ads for brand, platform, and policy compliance to prevent violations.
I clicked on their “Use Cases” tab on the homepage and noticed some categories:
- Small Business
- E-Commerce
- Agency
So basically, AdCreative.ai provides tools tailored to your specific needs.
This tool allows you to scale your business with high-ROI ads using AI, with the help of ad creatives, AI product photography, and more.
You can generate ad texts that sell using AdLLM, AdCreative.ai’s proprietary large language model. This LLM uses proven copywriting frameworks to ensure that every generated text drives sales and engagement.
- Go to AdCreative.ai.
- Click on “Try For Free Now”.
- Sign up using Google, Microsoft, or your email. You will receive 10 free downloads upon signing up.
- Enter your payment details to get started.
The first step is to create a brand. To do this, I’m going to use the “Import from Website” feature. All I need to do is enter my website URL, and my brand details such as color scheme, theme, and more, will be imported from it.
Once that’s done, AdCreative.ai will automatically generate brand colors, an appropriate theme, and a logo. I can edit it however I want.
Next, I need to select some basic details. Like my business type and company size.
Now, I’m going to test out the tools one by one, starting with the “Product Photo Ad Generator”.
First, I need to select a creative size — Post size, Landscape size, Story size, Portrait size, or Pin — then click on “Next Step”.
Next, I have to upload a picture of my product, enter some details about it, and remove the background if needed.
For this test, I’m using the cover picture of my novel, “What did Tashi do?”, as a product sample.
Once done, I click on “Next Step”.
Next, you can choose your background style. You can select a special occasion, such as Thanksgiving or Christmas, and pick up to six styles from the ones recommended by AI.
AdCreative.ai provides a pre-existing image — in this case, a perfume bottle — to showcase different styles. I’m going with the AI-recommended custom styles.
You can also create your own custom style or upload a reference image to generate an image based on your specific requirements.
Now, let’s click on “Generate” and see what happens.
These look absolutely stunning! It’s as if they were taken in a professional photoshoot.
What I really like is the “Commercially Safe” tag on each image, meaning they can be safely used for commercial purposes.
I’m going to select one of these images and click on “Convert to Ads.” Now, I can enter the main headline I want on the image, my CTA text, and even a CTA logo.
Countless ad creatives have been generated based on my inputs! Now I can pick the best ones and edit them as per my needs.
AI Fashion Photography with AdCreative.AI
Next, let’s try the “Fashion Photoshoot tool”.
First, I need to select the type of image I want — Lower Body, Upper Body, Both, or Dress. I’m going with “Dress”.
Next, I need to upload an image of a dress. I’m using a simple picture of a mannequin wearing a dress.
Now, let’s click on “Single Generate.” The Batch Generate feature is listed under “Coming Soon”, so I won’t be able to use it now. But I’m surely looking forward to use this feature in the near future.
You can choose among countless AI model options. You can even upload a picture of your own model.
What I love about this is that I can see multiple body types, breaking away from the stereotypical image of a “perfect” model.
First, let’s try using the pre-loaded AI models.
Amazing, right? Plus, you get countless images you can choose from.
Now, let’s try uploading one of my pictures as a model.
The face looks quite similar to me, but there’s definitely room for improvement in accurately mimicking my body type.
AdCreative.ai is an incredible tool with countless features to help you generate product videos, stock images, ad texts, social creatives, and more.
It also offers an Agency Partnership Program, which helps agencies generate revenue, strengthen their brand, and innovate as an AI-powered agency.
In short, you can create platform-specific ads and experiment with various features, making it easier to reach your audience and boost sales.
I would definitely recommend this tool. It’s rare to find AI tools with such high accuracy — every generated image closely matches my prompt or the uploaded image. The quality is outstanding. Plus, you barely need to wait for 30 seconds for the images to be generated.
With the free plan, you get up to 10 downloads without a watermark, but if you need more, you’ll have to purchase a plan.
Pricing
AdCreative.ai’s pricing starts at $25/month, which I think is pretty reasonable for small businesses.
If you need more downloads or advanced features, there are higher plans. I love that there’s a custom enterprise option too.
2. CLAID.AI — Best for AI Backgrounds & Image Enhancement
CLAID.AI is an all-in-one AI photo studio that lets you edit and generate high-converting creatives for catalogs, marketing, and ad campaigns. This tool lets you turn a single product photo into multiple realistic photos tailored specifically to your customers.
CLAID.AI claims to automatically check and edit images to meet any platform’s requirements within 2–3 seconds.
Let’s test this out, shall we?
- Go to CLAID.AI.
- Click on Log in/Sign up.
- Sign up using Google or email to get started.
All I need to do is upload an image. Let’s use a pair of shoes as a demo product.
Let’s test out the features one by one, starting with “Improve Quality & Upscale.” The image I uploaded isn’t very clear, so let’s see how much better it can get.
I selected the “Digital Art” option, set the resolution to 200 W x 200 H, and chose “Polish.” Then, I clicked on “Apply Operation.”
Woah! You can clearly see the difference in quality. This 100% works. The image is now crystal clear.
Next, let’s test the “Remove Background” feature. I selected the “General” option, set no padding, and clicked on “Apply Operation.”
Well, I can still see a black line that might interfere with my editing process. Overall, it’s good, but I think it can be improved. This unwanted line can be removed manually using a brush.
Moving on to the AI background feature. You need to select an aspect ratio, enter a prompt describing the scene around your product (this was auto-filled, so I didn’t change it), choose the number of images to be generated, select a primary color, and adjust colors if needed.
This is what was generated.
Overall, it looks pretty good, but I think it could be better. If you look closely, the soles of the shoes appear to be melting and sticking to the ground, which might not create the best impression for a small business. Tweaking the prompt might help refine the details and produce a more polished final image.
Alternatively, you can pick from pre-existing AI background templates like this one:
This actually looks really nice (provided your product is actually waterproof, haha).
Other than this, CLAID.AI also has a blur background tool, an option to expand images to fit different sizes (for Instagram, Facebook, and more), a shadows and light fix tool, an animation tool to make your product photos even cooler, and even lets you build your own custom AI tool.
You can upload only five images in the free version. However, if you want to upload more, you’ll need to purchase a plan.
Pricing
CLAID. AI’S paid plans start at $9/month, which give you better editing tools. The Pro plan at $35/month adds AI models and custom templates.
You can also opt for a custom plan with advanced features which gives you early access to beta tools.
API pricing’s also available, starting at $59 for 1,000 credits per purchase. This is perfect if you’re working at scale.
What I liked about this tool is that it’s very easy to use. Plus, the turnaround time for every feature is less than 30 seconds, which is amazing. The accuracy is also impressive. I believe it can be a great AI product photography tool for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
3. WeShop AI — Best for AI Model Product Photography
WeShop AI has a plethora of features, including Background Remover, Image Enhancer, AI Image Expander, Magic Eraser, and more.
This tool also allows you to create your own AI model, replicate and generate an AI background, perform AI Product Photography, and even use the Virtual Try-On feature with AI-generated models.
You can create and customize your own AI model for clothing and generate realistic human models in just 60 seconds.
Let’s try out this tool.
- Go to WeShop AI.
- Click on “Sign In.”
- Sign in using Google or your email to get started.
I love the UI/UX design of the homepage. It is super appealing and makes you want to try out this tool instantly.
Once you sign in, you’ll enter the WeShop AI workspace, where you get 200 free points.
First, let’s get started with the “AI Product tool”. You need to upload at least one picture of your product, with a maximum of nine. I’ll pick a random image, say a water bottle, from the Internet to test this tool.
Now, the image that I’ve selected is kinda blurry, so let me upscale it using the Upscale tool of WeShop AI.
Let me choose my upscale ratio as 4x and upscale method as “General”.
Let’s click on “Generate” to see what happens. Each image generated will cost me 10 points.
The Upscale tool surely works. You can see the level of clarity the second image has.
Now I’m going to use this upscaled image for my product photography.
Next, I can choose a background image to place behind my product. I’ll select one from their pre-existing backgrounds.
Once that’s done, I need to enter a brief description. This is optional, but I’ll use the “AI enter” feature to generate an automatic description. This feature simply writes a description based on the uploaded image.
Now, I need to select the image size, whether it’s a logo, YouTube thumbnail, or Facebook post. I’ll go with the Instagram square format, 1080 x 1080 px.
You can also choose whether the image generation should focus on similarity to the original uploaded image or realism. Let’s pick “realism”.
Finally, you can select how many images to generate. The maximum is 16 at a time, but for now, I’ll stick with one.
I do see some distortions in the hand holding the bottle. It looks like the hand has four fingers. Here’s another one:
I love how they’ve cast a shadow of the bottle on the sand.
AI Fashion Photography with WeShopAI
Now, let’s try the AI Model tool of WeShop AI. All I have to do is upload a picture, with the option to upload up to nine images at once.
You can choose from pre-existing AI models, but I’ll test it by uploading a frontal headshot of myself to create a new AI model. The platform provides guidelines on which types of headshots are allowed and which ones aren’t. Once uploaded, I’ll select “Influencer Vibe”.
Next, I can choose a background. I’ll go with “Residential Courtyard Garden”, though there’s also an option to upload a custom background.
Again, I need to enter a brief description. This step is optional, but I’ll use the “AI enter” feature to generate an automatic description.
Let’s try 50% Model AI Pose. The product is supposed to adjust to pose changes. I’ll choose “Enhanced” skin details and “Refer to Selected Location,” and I’ll generate two images for now. This process will cost me 30 points. Let’s see the results.
Well, the pictures do resemble me to some extent. They’ve accurately replicated my clothes, hair texture, and even my glasses.
But why is there a hat floating in the middle of nowhere?
Let me try using a different picture and description this time.
Well, this tool just copy-pasted my picture and swapped out the background.
But why is my seatbelt still visible? In fact, this tool even went the extra mile by attaching my seatbelt to one of the café’s windows.
Let’s try using the Magic Eraser to fix this.
The Magic Eraser tool works pretty well. You can no longer see my seatbelt.
Besides that, I also have the option to resize my head, adjust the lighting, and upscale the generated image.
Essentially, you can upload any image, even of a mannequin wearing clothes. Then, you can select a model, choose a background location, and tweak other settings to generate an image of a model wearing those exact clothes.
Like I did here:
The tool has somewhat replicated my clothes, though it turned my pants into shorts. There’s also a misplaced piece of fabric hanging down the model’s waist. But that’s nothing a simple Magic Eraser can’t fix. I’d say the AI-generated image looks quite realistic, closely resembling a real human model.
Let’s try one more.
Well, the hand and the book do look weird. Plus, this tool probably has an itch to turn pants into shorts and short skirts into full-length skirts. But overall it doesn’t look bad.
Here’s another example. This time, I used a pre-existing image and swapped the model’s face with mine.
Is that me? I can’t deny it looks a little… off. The proportions seem inaccurate, right?
What if I try uploading 4 frontal headshots? I’m going for the natural vibe over the influencer vibe this time. Let’s see what happens.
Well, this does look somewhat like me.
I’d say that this tool works best when you upload an image of yourself or a model wearing your brand’s clothes and then use one of their pre-existing models. But the moment you replace the model with your own image, well, you can see the results for yourself.
Overall, this tool is impressive, especially the AI Product feature. WeShop AI also offers various other tools like background removal, relighting, image expansion, and more, all of which are worth exploring.
Pricing
The free plan only provides 200 points. If you’re looking for bulk image generation, here are the pricing plans of WeShop AI.
I like that WeShop AI offers both subscriptions and one-time purchases. $9.99/month gets you 3,000 points. If you need more, you can buy up to 160,000 points for $399.
This is great if you don’t have a monthly commitment. You can purchase more points as per your needs.
4. Dezgo
Dezgo is a text-to-image generator powered by Flux AI. It allows you to generate high-quality product images for free by simply entering a prompt.
All you need to do is visit Dezgo and start creating. Here’s what the homepage looks like.
Let’s put this tool to the test with a simple prompt. You can choose from three architecture options:
- Flux
- XL Lightning
- XL
I selected “Flux” and set the image size to “square”. Here’s my prompt:
A steaming hot, white cup of coffee with coffee art on top and chocolate-rimmed edges. Placed on a saucer with chocolate drizzle everywhere. The cup should have the initials AA written in chocolate on one side. Placed on a wooden table. Cocoa powder dust should be scattered in the background. Dramatic lighting.
In the free version, you can generate only one image at a time.
Here’s what I got:
Oh wow! This is fantastic. Did you notice the clarity? The tool followed my prompt to the T.
The best part? Most AI tools struggle with generating text on images, but Dezgo handled it impressively. It took less than 30 seconds to create this realistic image. Plus, you can choose from JPG, PNG, or WebP for the final image.
Let’s try a different prompt:
A rectangular lampshade with a beige head and black base, placed on a glass table against a black wall. Light reflects dramatically in rays. The lamp’s reflection is visible on the glass table. The words “Brand Name” should appear on the lampshade.
This time, I’m using the XL Lightning architecture. Let’s test the “JuggernautXL 10 Hyper (realistic)” mode and see how well it performs.
Here are the results:
Well, even though the image is quite close to my prompt, this mode of Dezgo didn’t generate high-quality text on the lampshade.
What if I switch to the “Flux mode” and test the same prompt? Let’s see if the results improve.
Okay, this is clearly better. The text is visible and closely matches my prompt. While there is still room for improvement, I’d say this is acceptable.
Now, let’s explore some of the other tools Dezgo AI offers, like “Controlled Text-to-Image”. This feature allows you to generate an image from a text description while maintaining the structure of an uploaded reference image.
I’m selecting the “Scribble” model and uploading an initial image for reference. For the generation model, I’ll use “RealDream 12 (realistic)”. My prompt is simple:
A woman standing on a podium, giving a speech. She is wearing a blazer and a button-down shirt.
Here are the results.
The faces appear distorted, and the image clearly looks AI-generated, unlike the more realistic results we got earlier.
Let’s see if switching models improves the outcome.
I’m selecting “Normal Map” and “Epic Diffusion 1.1 (General)”.
Unfortunately, the results are still unsatisfactory.
What if I use products instead of humans? Let me reuse the coffee prompt from earlier and see what I get this time.
I can safely say that the image we generated earlier with the coffee prompt is much better than this one.
I guess it’s time to move on to the image-to-image generator tool. I’ll use a reference image for the same coffee prompt. Let’s see what we get this time.
Again, while this is better than the previous one, it still needs a lot of work in terms of following the prompt. I mean, there’s way too much steam from the coffee. However, the results also depend on the reference image used, so I’ll cut this tool some slack.
Dezgo also has an image upscaler, which allows you to upscale an image by a factor of 2.
Next, I tried the Inpainting from Text tool. This feature lets you modify part of an image using two prompts:
- Mask Prompt: Describes the object to be changed.
- Prompt: Describes how the final image should look.
Let’s see if we can improve the most recent coffee mug image.
I’m using the “DreamShaper 8 Inpaint (inpaint, general)” model. Here’s what I got:
Why has the coffee been replaced with something that looks like sugar?! Also, there’s way too much cocoa powder on the saucer.
It seems like a lot depends on the prompt you enter. You’ll need plenty of trial and error to get it just right.
Next, I tried the Remove Background tool. All you have to do is upload the image, click “Run,” and let the tool process it. You also have the option to either get the original image with transparency or a black-and-white mask. Let’s try both and compare the results.
Dezgo also offers a text-to-video generator (beta version), which you can access by joining Dezgo’s Discord server.
Overall, I’d say this is a decent tool, especially for its text-to-image “Flux” version and background remover. Other features may perform better with more refined prompts.
Pricing
Dezgo is a free AI Product Photography tool. It’s a great option for small business owners or entrepreneurs who can’t afford professional product photography.
5. Phot.AI
Phot.AI is a great tool if you’re looking for a one-stop solution for everything. It includes background remover, background replacer, object replacer, object remover, generative fill, AI image extender, AI art generator, AI photo generator, and more. The list is endless.
Let’s try out a few tools to see if it actually delivers on its claims.
First, I’ll test the background replace tool, which is essential for product photography. I uploaded a very simple image, a plastic water bottle, to see how well the tool works with a basic product.
You’ll get several background options to choose from, like street, park, and sunrise, or you can let the AI decide.
This is what the AI came up with. I like how the flowers and grass extend from the bottom in front of the bottle. The proportions aren’t too bad either. However, removing the watermark requires a paid plan. You can also resize the original image as needed.
Next, I’m testing the Remove Object tool on one of my pictures. Let’s see if it can successfully remove the people in the background.
Here’s what I got.
I do see slight distortion in the background, but it still looks okay, I guess.
So, let’s experiment with the Generative Fill tool. I need to upload an image, highlight the object I want to replace, specify what I want to replace it with, and see what happens.
Say I want to replace the book in my hand with a mirror.
Here’s what I got. I was given four images, but I’m only sharing two.
Almost all of them don’t produce satisfactory results. You can clearly see that either the mirror doesn’t look real or my fingers appear distorted.
Next, we have the AI text art generator. It lets you enter text and creates art from it based on a simple prompt — like this pizza-topping version of my name:
Or maybe a gold balloon version, which might be perfect for my birthday?
I just came across the product photoshoot feature. Let me upload an image to see what results I get.
Again, I get similar background options to choose from. What’s different here is that I can also write a prompt based on my specific requirements.
Now, let’s try the AI image generator tool. This feature gives you two options: you can either enter a text prompt to generate images or convert one of your images into a cartoon, sketch, and more. For the text prompt option, you can also upload an image and let the AI generate a prompt based on it.
I’m going to let the AI generate a random prompt for me and choose “Surrealism” as the mode. You can also select the aspect ratio and the number of images you want to generate.
Here’s the result:
Well, this certainly looks amazing! Just look at the level of detail in the background and how incredible her hair looks.
But the image-to-image tool didn’t work as well as I expected.
I look different. It’s almost like a different person sitting there wearing my clothes.
Next, I’m going to test the AI image extender. I need to upload the image whose background I want to extend and click on “Upload.”
However, you’re required to sign up and upgrade to use this feature.
Pricing
Phot.AI’s free plan is decent. But the Pro plan at $9/month (billed annually) gives you unlimited elements, backgrounds, and a commercial license.
If you need more cloud storage, you can check out the Unlimited plan at $20/month. It’s perfect if you want AI to do most of the work for you.
Here are the pricing plans for Phot.AI —
I’d say Phot.AI is a fantastic tool, especially for product photography. It’s a one-stop destination for all your editing needs. The pricing is also quite reasonable (listed in INR). You don’t need exceptional editing skills, as the AI handles almost everything for you.
6. Luminar Neo
Luminar Neo provides AI-powered photo editing tools that let you enhance your photos without spending hours or fussing over them. It’s easy to use and works on Windows, macOS, or even as a plugin for Photoshop and Lightroom.
Pricing
Luminar Neo offers a 12 month subscription at $25, billed yearly. You can also buy a “Lifetime Perpetual License” at $45 one-time payment.
Best AI Tool for Product Photography: Final Words
AI in photography has completely changed the way brands handle product images.
You no longer have to spend days trying to get the perfect product shot, nor do you need to invest large sums of money in basic creatives.
AI saves me a lot of time, and I don’t need to be a pro at editing or photography.
I won’t say AI replaces professional photography in every situation, but it’s absolutely worth it.
