That kind of light

In Italy there are more than 25,000 churches. We should not necessarily be believers to find that many of them have something mystical and magical that speaks to each of us, regardless of religion. One of the most striking aspects of the churches is the light that pervades them: it changes the texture of the interiors and illuminates their rich details. That happens in this photo that Andrea @andrea7119 took in a roman church along Giulia street during a sunny afternoon. We asked him What is Italy for him. “Italy is rich of traditions, culture and history. An inexhaustible source of wealth dissipated as if nothing happened. I love its territory, its culture (and the food of course) and all its diversities. I also love the sun, at least when it shines (it’s very rainy lately). I can’t stand many things here, like its rubber walls, and all the ones who by dint of it have ruined this country. But I love it. You know, I’m a stubborn person who hardly gives up.”
