It gave me goosebumps. Rarely will a TV show make the hair on my arms stick up and feel like a dark memory, but this one did.
On episode 8 of the 7th season of Love Is Blind, there was a brief moment when the couple (Stephen Richardson and Monica Davis) discussed text messages she had found on his phone.
Messages that consisted of prior sexual acts between the parties on the line and current ones he was planning for the future.
It was intentional and not an accident on Stephen’s part. Clearly.
Why Was It So Eerie?
Stephen’s responses and demeanor during the episode were EXACTLY how many of the same conversations went down in my home when I was uncovering my ex-husband’s secret life.
I lived that scene many times in my marriage.
Monica is in for a ride if she decides to give him a second chance.
