From being one of its earliest adopters as customer #4 while at GIA to wearing the ServiceNow — Solution Architect hat in 2006 and waving the ServiceNow flag till today — I’ve been there, seen it, and boy did a LOT of it!

And as the years rolled on, the world began to see ServiceNow’s true colors.
