Today we are releasing a beta version of Round, an AI-powered guide to happenings and events in NYC. We are building an urban medium, a marketplace to match content providers: publishers, local businesses and brands with their target audience.

We want to repair urban communications with the help of AI and put a smart search through all local content. Round is based on what’s happening nearby. You receive only hyperlocal and actual recommendations on parties, restaurants, special offers and outdoor activities.

Content is curated by media publishers, local communities, brands and businesses. From New York Times cultural suggestions, to Gary’s Guide techy events or Bebeland’s, sex toys connoisseur, curious happenings — Round covers the best city has to offer. For publishers, Rounds is a communication tool. They are enable to collect feedback, perform direct sales and build a community around their brands.

We believe in the concept of an open city, where all urban information is transparent and available for newcomers. To make it happen, at Round we bring together two components: content from trending publishers, opinion makers and AI-powered tech core. Happenings are discovered based on time, location and user’s interests. With this data provided, Spotify-like we can pick events and organize them into a personalized flow.

To get access to our invite-only beta, please apply below or check our website.

With many love reminiscing emojis,
Rounds’ team.
