上運餃子 is a small, homey restaurant that serves handmade dumplings. I ordered (A) Fungi & Cabbage dumplings and (D) Corn, Cheese and Meat Dumplings to try.
The pork bone soup base was quite salty, probably because of the use of MSG?
The dumplings were very delicious, especially the Corn, Cheese and Meat ones. Really cheesy. And the corn added a bit of chewiness to the dumplings.
The Fungi & Cabbage dumplings were delicious too, just a bit ordinary.
