Aurora Fusion Restaurant is quite unique in itself, which serves a variety of Japanese and western cuisines.

My friend and I got this Ham & Cheese salad to start our dinner with. We were genuinely surprised by the portion of food! Especially the generous amount of delicious ham and cheese! The salad greens were quite fresh too! A very delicious and filling salad indeed!

We ordered this Sausage Platter to go with our beers, and it was a great choice! The three types of sausages were all so good! I particularly love the cheesy one (the shorter red ones). Not to miss were the pickles and mustard sauce on the side, which would definitely give your taste buds some surprise!

And of course, we tried out this signature Suckling Pig (1/4), it really did live up to its flame! The skin was roasted to a yummy crunchy texture. And the meat underneath was so tender and flavoured, not greasy or oily at all! Superb!

Highly recommend Aurora Fusion Restaurant if you are a bit tired of all the not-so-good bar food in the bar/restaurants in the hood of Tsim Sha Tsui.
