Nasi Tumis Sate Babi — Indonesian Stir Fried Satay Pork with Rice (HKD$56)

My friend and I got a bowl of rice and some skewers to share. This Indonesian Stir Fried Satay Pork with Rice (Nasi Tumis Sate Babi) was so delicious! I like this Indonesian style of sweet satay. And the Nasi Kuning (turmeric rice) was supreme! It matched with the sweet satay a lot. The flavored pork stripes were very enjoyable too!

Top to bottom: Cuttlefish Balls (Bakso Cumi, HKD$33), Mutton (Kambing, HKD$36), Chicken (Ayam, HKD$30)

The skewers were all so good. Highly recommend you to try it. They were already very delicious without the dip, so we almost forgot its existence…

The cuttlefish balls were very fresh with chunks of cuttlefish. The lamb had a nice gamey flavour. And the chicken was very tender and meaty.
