House Blend Affogato Pudding and Iced Latte

Taking over a local cha chaan teng with a cat (which sadly I haven’t met), Contrast is yet another new coffee shop opened lately.
This House Blend Affogato Pudding seems to be Contrast’s signature, so I ordered one as afternoon tea to try. I first tried the pudding on its own without the espresso shot. The pudding itself was quite delicious — bouncy, milky with rich egg flavor. The cream and caramel sauce were great too!
The espresso shot was quite sour and bitter. And it was better to eat the pudding on its own than with the coffee.
I also ordered an Iced Latte to go. The coffee was more on the milky side. I could only taste the smooth milk, the coffee was too light to be tasted…
