Grain of Salt
A Health Lifestyle Cafe with In-House Dietitian
Date of Visit: 21 Jan 2021
Newly opened on Gough Street in Central, Grain of Salt is a new lifestyle cafe which is special in its ways.
This is printed on the door step of Grain of Salt, leading you to find out more about “Edible Evidence” inside the cafe.
I like how Grain of Salt shares their values here.
Each dish on the menu is marked with dietary information, and scanning the QR code at the bottom gives you nutritional values of the dishes.
Grain of Salt also aims to nourish your soul, while you are enjoying a healthy and delicious meal.
A sustainable lifestyle is also promoted here.
These coffee cup sleeves are so adorable!
These delicious shiitake tofu dumplings are not only tasty, but also perfect for lowering cholesterol levels. Filled with tofu, mushroom, and a bit of carrots, these dumplings had a “meaty” textures. The mushroom broth was so delightful that I finished sipping them all!
Coffee is also great too! Legit Flat White with the right amount of milk and coffee flavour.
Another special thing about Grain of Salt is that, once you collect 12 stamps (salt on egg!) on your loyalty card, you get a free 15-minute consultation with the in-house dietitian on the second floor. I am so intrigued with the consultation! Can’t wait to visit Grain of Salt again to try out other yummy and healthy dishes!!!
