Life Toast is a toast specialist, which to be honest, is very similar to the one I tried before in Shum Shui Po.
With comfy bar tables and seats, I was able to enjoy the toast inside the restaurant. Takeaway is also available.
This Sichuan Spicy Chicken with Scrambled Eggs Toast is on a special menu, and of course I went for it with a set, which included a can of Coke zero and two pieces of purple potato croquettes.
I was genuinely surprised by the size of the chicken! It’s larger than my palm! The crunchy surface of the chicken was so delicious with numbing spicy Sichuan hot seasonings (you can choose the level of spiciness!). The chicken meat was very tender and smooth. The portion of smooth scrambled eggs was very generous too! And the sweet, buttered bread made it a superb toast.
The Purple Potato Croquettes were so delicious too! It’s a bit chewy like mochi; and it had a nice, strong sweet potato flavor. Yum!
A good place for a satisfying sandwich!
