Delicious Ramen in Novel Green Broth

Hidden in Jardine’s Crescent, Ramen Nagi is a relatively new ramen restaurant in Causeway Bay.
The menu is quite interesting. The black one and green one caught my attention. And I decided to get the special green one to celebrate Italy winning the Euro Cup champion.
And it did not disappoint! I thought the green broth would be funky with the basil and cheese. But they actually brought out the flavour and freshness of the pork bone broth. I ended up drinking quite a bit of the broth and didn’t feel thirsty at all. The ramen noodles were very delicious too! Thin, al dente noodles. The two pieces of pork were very enjoyable too! Highly recommend this to you! And would love to visit again to try the black one!
