Ground Floor Entrance of Shang Ching Co

Shang Ching Co is a Taiwanese restaurant that radiates a nice traveling vibes, which is definitely something we all needs in this pandemic era.

First Floor Dining Area

Shang Ching Co has a very comfy dining area.

And I do really appreciate the interior design and hearty decorations.

Braised Beef Rib Noodle Soup

When I ordered this Braised Beef Rib Noodle Soup, I was expecting a single bowl of noodles. So, this delicious set with awesome side dishes definitely was a nice surprise to me! The fungi (bottom side dish) was marinated with vinegar, so that it’s very refreshing and made a decent appetizer. Top right corner was veggies with grinded garlic, so so delicious! And the last side was fried dough stick chunks, they were so crunchy and yummy!!! Good to eat alone, or dip with soup.

The Braised Beef Rib Noodle Soup itself was absolutely gorgeous! The soup was nicely flavoured, yet not salty at all, so I ended up drinking all the soup. I opted for crafted flat noodles, and they were quite al dente. Soaking up all the delicious soup, the noodles were very enjoyable! And the beef? No complain at all! Generous portion, thick and meaty ribs that were so tender and flavoured!

Highly recommend Shang Ching Co to you!
