Delicious Pork Bone Soup Base and Noodles

There are so many great noodles restaurants in Cheung Sha Wan district, and Tasty Rice Noodles is definitely one of them.
The signature pork bone broth was really lit! It’s quite thick and rich in flavour. Yet, I was a bit thirsty after the meal… I opted for mild spicy and the spiciness was just right to add flavour to the broth but not masking its flavour. The bean curd sheets were oh so good! They were very silky, and tasted even better after soaking up the delicious broth!
I chose cuttlefish and shrimp filled spring rolls as toppings. The spring rolls were superb! They were freshly fried with crispy and thin tofu skin surface. The shrimp paste inside was very fresh and tasty too! The cuttlefish chunks were quite decent too.
As for the noodles, they were fantastic! The starchy potato noodles were thoroughly cooked, so that they weren’t too chewy and very enjoyable.
Definitely coming back for these delicious noodles and soup broth.
