It’s normal to have a bit of nervous excitement when you’re finally committing to hiring your favorite candidate. On the other hand, being actually nervous is a sign that your candidate may not be the person you thought they would be. Could they have cheated on the test? Are they trying to hide their true identity? This kind of thing can happen a lot when you conduct interviews asynchronously (in fact, over 25% of the time).

At Filtered, we have strong opinions about what it means to be confident in your candidates. This week we’ve released a feature to make it simple:

Confidence Analysis

When your candidate submits their Filtered interview, it will be immediately analyzed for anomalies. The analysis picks up on mismatched locations, relevant open tabs, and even if there are two people in the camera’s view while working on a coding test.

For more details about the types of detected issues and what you should do about them, read this guide.

The confidence analysis feature is available to all Professional and Enterprise accounts.

That’s all for now
