It’s the most wonderful time of the year… gift guide season! Whether you’re a yoga lover yourself, know a yoga lover or are just here to have a nosey — we’ve put together a shortlist of our top yoga-related gifts for Christmas 2019.

First up — these Lulu Lemon leggings. Lulu Lemon is one of the most popular brands for yoga wear, and you can see why! Specially designed to “minimize distractions and maximize comfort as you flow through your practice” these leggings are made from buttery-soft fabric and feature a high rise waist, so no risk of them sagging or falling down as you move through your sun salutations.

This lightweight, portable and durable yoga brick from Sweaty Betty would make the perfect gift for yogis who prefer a little extra support during their practice. With three heights and attractive marble design, this would make an excellent gift.

Cork Yogis donate a portion of all their profits to Destiny Reflection Foundation, allowing them to “train and give work to survivors of human trafficking”. This mat is also made from sustainable cork and is non-slip, making it a great choice for yogis who are interested in ethical, eco-friendly products.

Looking for something that’s a little bit different? This cosmos round yoga mat was “inspired by the clear night sky full of stars…echoing the constellations, allowing you to align your body and mind in a way that truly transforms your workout”. What’s more, this mat has a microfibre top that becomes super grippy when wet, so no more worrying about sliding to the floor when you’re trying to perfect your downward dog.

Anyone who has been to a hot yoga class knows that a towel is essential. We’re big fans of this one by Dreamscape which is beautifully designed, made from 100% recycled plastic bottles microfiber, incredibly absorbent and fast drying.

“Packed with essential oils to calm, de-stress and rebalance, Liquid Yoga can be spritzed on pulse points, the room around you, pillows or yoga mats, for instant zen.” Featuring a unique blend of Lemon, Cypress, Mentha Arvensis and Lavandin, this body and room spray would be a lovely addition to a Christmas stocking.

And finally — we love this bed of nails acupressure mat. Designed to tackle a whole host of common problems; from stress and insomnia, to easing chronic pain and improving your complexion — this mat takes techniques used for centuries by Indian mystics and gives them a modern twist.
