Images don’t deserve to live on a drive or exist only on social media — they deserve to be brought to life and enjoyed. And to do that, they need to be printed. When it comes to turning images into something tangible, the first step is photo prints.

However, some clients might not see the value in traditional photographic prints. That’s why we have 5 ways you can show clients how they can incorporate Photo Prints into their homes and enjoy them as photographic art.

1. Add a Display Stand

Everyone loves a classic, and there’s nothing more classic than a regular Photo Print. Some clients might only see prints as keepsakes that go in a scrapbook or box, not as something that’s meant to be on display. Show your clients how they can enjoy their prints every day with our versatile and stylish display stands!

For mounted + matted prints, suggest a Wood Display Stand! Mounting prints increases their longevity and protects them from bending, folding, or warping. With our Maple, Bamboo, and Walnut options, Wood Display Stands can be styled however your clients want. They come in four lengths to fit print 10x10" and smaller, including 8x12".

2. Create a Storyboard

Utilize mounted Photo Prints to tell the full story! When it comes to regular prints, most people only have 5x7" or 4x6" in mind. Many don’t think about purchasing an 8x10" or larger. With mounted prints, you can show clients a variety of sizes while incorporating a series of images. We love it as a way to create a storyboard, a collage of images that fit on a mounted print to narrate your client’s session.

Sell Larger Prints
By having mounted Photo Prints on hand, you can show your clients which size prints are right for their space. Clients can see the quality of your work and the print before their session, so they know just what to expect! A solid flat backing allows you to hold up a print on your own, without it bending, folding, or creasing. We suggest showing clients an 11x14", 16x20", and 30x40" to help them accurately visualize the proper size for their space. As the expert, you will be there to offer your best recommendations.

3. Present Prints in a Box

Present clients’ Photo Prints in a customized box they’ll want to purchase immediately. Our Image Boxes and Wood Boxes are a luxury, yet affordable way to safely hold, preserve, and even display Photo Prints. Both Image and Wood Boxes are available in a variety of sizes, so they can hold different amounts and sizes of loose, mounted, and matted prints. Your clients will love the extra effort you put in to make the presentation of their prints extra special, and they’ll really appreciate receiving a keepsake box!

Image Box

With our extensive collection of leather and fabric cover options, it’s easy to create a timeless Image Box. We suggest our popular Vintage Leathers for a classic choice. Or opt for a Custom Photo Cover to feature your favorite image on the life with designs on the front, spine, and back of the Image Box. This is a favorite choice for our 4x6" and 5x7" sizes! There’s also an option to add an inside panel for an image, design, or message, which is the perfect place to add your studio name or logo. Every Image Box is finished with an elegant black satin ribbon for easy removal of the prints inside.

Wood Box

Made from real maple wood, our Wood Boxes are built to perfection and allow you to print on the lid or engrave it from edge to edge. The beauty of the grain comes through the lighter colors of the printed image, giving it a beautiful warm finish. Custom engraving on the front of the lid, back of the lid, and on the optional false bottom is also available to further personalize your client’s Wood Box. Engraving on the back of the lid is also a great place to add your studio name or personalize with your clients’ names.

4. Add a Frame

Transform your clients’ prints into a remarkable display with our wide selection of frame mouldings, mat options, and even acrylics. Whether they’re for the wall or a tabletop, Framed Prints are a popular way to enjoy a Photo Print.

Let your clients see the variety of Framed Print options you offer by ordering frame corners. It’s always good to have samples on hand to help your clients visualize the final product and decide what they want. Show them how easy it is to pair their print with a Distressed Frame to incorporate a pop of color, or keep it simple with a black Gallery Slim Frame. From our always classic Lexington Frames to statement-making Metal Frames, they’ll love being able to find a style that complements their image and fits their personality.

5. Include a Standout

Turn your clients’ prints into a wall display — without the frame. Mount Photo Prints on our Standout as another way to bring images to life. This display arrives with pre-cut holes for easy hanging and is available in a wide range of popular sizes.

Made from lightweight foam with a selection of edge options, Standouts are an economical choice that fits any style image. Because of its versatility and portability, Standouts are the perfect display to bring with on consultations and sales appointments. Clients will be able to see the quality of the Photo Prints you provide and you can show them how they can incorporate wall displays into their homes. Choose between two depths, 3/4" and 1 1/2", and any of our five edge options to create the look they want: Black, White, Bamboo, Stainless Steel, and Light Wood.
