Drop Shipping
When we ship an order directly to an address other than the one on your account, it’s called drop shipping. Your clients get their orders faster when we ship to them directly — especially with expedited drop shipping.
During this busy time of year, drop shipping saves you precious time. No need to schedule a pick-up or delivery with your clients. Your job is done the moment the order is submitted! Don’t worry, we won’t include an invoice or mention WHCC with orders drop shipped to your clients. We’ll even put your studio name and address as the return address on the shipping label.
Premium Packaging
A professional packaging service we offer for select products. In addition to the beautiful presentation, Premium Packaging also saves you time — no need to purchase supplies or package your own orders.
We highly recommend adding this service any time you use drop shipping. It adds a special touch to deliveries you can’t make in person. We’ll also ship orders to your studio in Premium Packaging so you can present the packaged product yourself.

Placing Drop Ship Orders with Premium Packaging
On the Checkout screen in ROES, click on ‘Complete Order’. Then the process begins.
1. When you get to the Shipping Method screen, select a Drop Ship option.
Check our Holiday Shipping Guidelines to see if you need to select an expedited drop ship method.
2. On the next screen, choose from 4 styles of Premium Packaging:
- Brown
- Charcoal
- Kraft with Black
- Kraft with Cream
In ROES, you can scroll down to see them all and make your selection.
3. Where would you like us to ship the order? Type in your client’s address.
4. Submit the order
Success! Your work is done. Your clients will not receive an invoice and you’ll get an email with a PDF invoice when the order is shipped.
The order will arrive at their doorstep, beautifully packaged, in time for Christmas!
