Online Ordering
You still have time to order holiday cards! With Online Ordering, it’s easy to create + order cards in just minutes. Simply choose the design, drag & drop in your clients’ photos, make customizations, and complete the order. We have hundreds pre-made holiday card designs available, so there’s no need for any extensive editing, designing, or additional software. It’s the ideal resource to save yourself time and give clients exactly what they want.
Free Design Templates
We created a collection of free templates for Books + Albums, Cards, Sets, Boxes + Cases, Displays, and more! We’ve done the designing for you, so all you have to do is add your images. Create beautiful holiday cards and gifts from templates that are pre-designed and sized specifically for our products.

Return Address Printing
Return address envelope printing is here! Save your clients time and enhance your offerings with return address printing and pre-made holiday designs! Just choose from 6 fonts, 5 font colors, and more than 25 festive designs — you’ll have no problem finding the right envelope for any type of card. All you have to do to create complementary envelopes is select the type of envelope you want and choose a return address style. It’s that easy! Return address printing and designs are available on select 5x7" envelopes for Foil Pressed, Boutique, and Press Printed Cards.
Premium Packaging
Get your orders professionally packaged before they’re delivered. Premium Packaging enhances the presentation of your Prints, Cards, Books, and Albums with beautiful and professional packaging materials. You can choose from four different color combinations to best match your clients’ products or your brand.
Drop Shipping
Tight deadlines, last-minute orders, and long-distance clients are no match for our shipping team! We’ll drop ship your clients’ orders to them directly for just $7.50. We will not include an invoice or any WHCC branding. If they need it even quicker, you can add expedited shipping as well. No need to schedule a pick-up or delivery with your clients — your job is done the moment the order is submitted!
During the checkout process in ROES, you’ll reach a ‘Shipping Method’ screen. Here, you have the option to select a drop ship method and type in the shipping address.

Ordering + Shipping Guidelines
Need your orders by Christmas? Review our Holiday Shipping Guidelines to figure out when you need to place your orders. We don’t have cut-off dates for orders that ship within the US. Orders that are ready to ship by December 23 can be delivered on December 24 with expedited shipping. Orders shipping internationally will need to be placed sooner to allow for additional shipping time.
Customer Service Hours
If you have any questions, feel free to chat, email, or call our customer service. Starting December 1st, we will be extending our customer service hours leading up to Christmas, so you can get the the answers you need when you need them. We’ll be here weekends too.
From December 1st — 23rd, here will be our extended customer service hours:
- Monday — Friday: 8:00am — 7:00pm CST
- Saturday: 10:00am — 4:00pm CST
- Sunday: Noon — 4:00pm CST
