Introducing ‘Seasonality Adjustments’, the most advanced & personalized price setting to date!
One of the biggest limitations to truly personalizing a short-term rental pricing strategy is relying too much on a single base price to control all of your prices for 12+ months, including high and low seasons.
We recently got this note from a customer that had just switched over to Wheelhouse:
What I am most interested in is seasonal pricing for one property in particular. It is a 3 Bedroom stand alone house two blocks away from the United Center. This time of year I want to get very aggressive on pricing just to break even during the winter months. I’d like to also keep the spring/summer months open on my calendar now with but much higher rates (presently I have April onward blocked off). The way BP works is there is a single base price and their fix was to manually enter pricing for the winter rates which kind of defeats the purpose for a lot of what I use them for.

To adjust your seasonality:
- Head over to your Wheelhouse dashboard
- Click “View Calendar” on one of your listings
- Click “Settings”
- Click “Seasonality Adjustments” on the left sidebar
