At Wheelhouse, we pride ourselves on putting the customer first. We’ve been hearing the calls to provide you with more visibility with what goes on with your pricing, as well as more features for understanding your listings, and we made it our first priority for 2018.
For customers who want to price their listings across multiple channels, we are now happy to roll out a new set of features for our BookingSync and Guesty integrations.
Here are what those features currently include:
Syncing prices instantaneously. In case you need to set a custom rate and want to push it faster, you have the ability to refresh your listings to provide a faster sync between Wheelhouse to push to your Guesty or BookingSync listings.
Understanding our base price recommendations. Our Wheelhouse community on Guesty and BookingSync will gain access to extensive base price data, so you can understand the various points that go into pricing your listing. This will help you get a better sense for how we are calculating your pricing recommendations.
Synthesizing more data points for stable prices. We now possess more amenity details and historical booking rates from Guesty and BookingSync for improved pricing recommendations. This additional set of data layering provides an additional set of resilience to ensure our prices in your calendar remain stable.
Tracking performance. Guesty and BookingSync customers now have the ability to view performance charts to see how your listing has performed month-by-month (like occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue performance).
Supporting your pricing inquiries. Thanks to our data science and engineering team, we can now share demand and price charts regarding your listing and your local areas. That way you can understand why prices look the way they do in your market.
Discounting for the most common rental time periods. You can now set and create long-term discounts on both a monthly and weekly level.
