Guesty allows property managers to centralize activity all in one place, no matter what booking channel or how many channels you are using. Guesty keeps property management organized, and focused on what is important, rather than redundant daily operations tasks.

Because of their most recent integration with Wheelhouse, you can now integrate your Guesty listings with our strategic, demand-driven pricing across all channel platforms. In other words, you can now use our rate optimization on pretty much any channel you’d like.

Here’s how to take advantage of this integration…

On Guesty:

(1.) Go to Account → System settings → General: https://app.guesty.com/account/system/general

(2.) In the API Tokens box click on “Generate a key”

(3.) In the new window, give a title to the API key. We suggest naming it “Wheelhouse”.

(4.) Copy the Key and Secret from the API Token window, and follow the instructions below.

On Wheelhouse:

(1.) Go to the Guesty integration page: https://www.usewheelhouse.com/ua/link/guesty

(2.) Paste the Key and Secret from the Guesty API Token window into Wheelhouse and click the “Connect your Guesty account” button.

(3.) After a few moments, your Guesty properties should then show up on your Wheelhouse dashboard (www.usewheelhouse.com/u/dashboard). Click the “Set up Pricing” button to get started!

(4.) Choose the base price approach that best aligns with your revenue goals, further adjust your pricing strategy, and enjoy automated, data-driven pricing!
