Kasper Mai Jørgensen - Co-Founder
Kasper Mai Jørgensen is a Co-Founder of Polimec Protocol and Council Member of the Polimec Foundation, the initial developer of the Polimec Protocol. Kasper has served as CFO for Web3 Foundation, the Swiss foundation behind Polkadot and Kusama for the past 4 years, as well as advising KILT Protocol since 2020. Prior to entering the blockchain industry Kasper was a Co-Founder for a GDPR SaaS startup and held several leadership positions in global corporations such as Maersk, Chr. Hansen Holding, Nortel Networks and KPMG.

Luca von Wyttenbach - Co-Founder
Luca von Wyttenbach is a Co-Founder of Polimec Protocol and Council Member of the Polimec Foundation, the initial developer of the Polimec Protocol. Earlier, he worked as Head Crypto Solutions of a Swiss crypto broker, where he led a team in charge of fundraising, token sales, OTC deals, and tailored crypto request activities for key clients. Before that, he gained financial market experience in the active advisory department of a Swiss bank and structured products at a leading provider for structured investment solutions.

Thomas Juel Madsen - Co-Founder
Thomas Juel Madsen is a Co-Founder of Polimec Protocol and Council Member of the Polimec Foundation, the initial developer of the Polimec Protocol. Before starting Polimec, he gained 10+ years of professional experience in traditional finance, latest as part of a leading Swiss-based Supply Chain Finance service provider, serving global banks on complex transactions. Before that, he held different roles within finance and risk management in corporations in Denmark and Singapore.

David Bakk - Business Development and Partnerships
David Bakk is a Business Development and Partnerships at Polimec Protocol. He worked in the business development department for the largest German luxury car manufacturer during his studies in China, the largest US EV manufacturer, and a Big4 in Germany while graduating in International Business Management with a focus on Asian Markets. After graduation, he worked in another Big4’s Zurich Global Mobility Services practice for five years, managing some of their more prominent clients in Europe, and driving various blockchain-related initiatives.

Ken Bernheim - Legal and Business Development
Ken Bernheim is a Legal and Business Development at Polimec Protocol. He first gained professional experience in the crypto space working for a crypto exchange in 2017 while graduating with his Master in Law with a focus on LegalTech. He then gained extensive experience in business and sales activities, co-leading the team responsible for fundraising, token sales, OTC deals, and providing tailored crypto solutions to key clients at a Swiss crypto broker. Furthermore, he is a member of the CMTA Expert Committee, an independent association formed by leading actors from financial, technological, and legal sectors to create common standards for using distributed ledger technology.

In his last role at a Swiss crypto broker, Simon transformed complex investment ideas into customized services and products - such as AMC/SPV setups for cryptocurrencies - and structured fundraisings, token sales, and OTC deals. Felix Knox Nielsen - Digital Production
Felix Knox Nielsen is a Digital Production at Polimec Protocol, multilingual engineer, a jack of all trades, and a master of the ones that scale digital brands and web applications. In the last 15 years, Felix has been leading and building industry-pushing web applications for some of the largest brands and agencies in the world. With the last four years working as Head of Digital Consumer Experiences for a Swiss crypto broker, helping them scale from 30 to over 300 people and managing a senior team across disciplines of UX, Design, and Front-end Engineering. A proponent of crypto and an expert in the industry-disrupting realm of Non-fungible tokens.

Leonardo Razovic - Blockchain Development
