A friend of mine recently talked to me about her journey into motherhood. She mentioned how things get tough and you think you’re reaching your breaking point. That struggle breeds a thicker skin. You eventually overcome and go past your hardships, reaching heights you never thought you’d be able to handle before. We reach our limits (or what we think are our limits) and surpass them. We can do more than we think we can. So why do we think we can’t?
