I’ve written several times already about boundaries. Not specifically boundaries of yours that should never be crossed by others (no means no!), but those boundaries of your own that you allow yourself to surpass. This could mean going outside your comfort zone to have an adventure, but it could also be as simple as talking to another human being. Especially in a city, where coldness from strangers is commonplace, sometimes asking someone a question can yield a wonderful conversation that you never expected to have. It can be a beautiful, surreal thing, taking you out of your own day to day and into someone else’s (so long as they’re ok with it). Strike up a friendly conversation with someone in the next three days. See if you learn something new that you weren’t expecting.
