A wholly unique crowdfunding platform that built atop the blockchain is rounding up its token sale.
As many have noticed, WHIRL project has just, unfortunately, missed the soft cap mark.
On WHIRL, you can only create a fundraising campaign after you’ve contributed to others, inspiring a positive feedback loop of generosity. As we believe, the ‘pay forward’ mechanism was too complicated for the current world economy model where people prefer not to give anything away before they form trust elements.
We deeply regret to inform you, however, it will be difficult to launch the project with the raised amount. According to our estimations — the funds will not be sufficient to cover quality advertising and marketing to kick start WHIRL and gather enough community around it to make it profitable.
Therefore, with great regret, WHIRL ICO shall be cancelled for now. The team is not prepared to take responsibility for the user’s funds without a high-enough success guarantee. All funds are to be returned to all ICO participants.
Refund
All ICO participants, that bought WRL tokens will receive KICK tokens (partner project) as a refund based on the current currency rate.* The tokens will NOT be locked** and you can use them to participate in KICK ECOSYSTEM and increase your coins portfolio by 150% by taking part in the upcoming SWAP. Isn’t it great?
For any questions or if you do not wish to receive Kick Tokens but get a $ refund please address refund@whirl.com within 1 month.
The rest — those who have not personally approached WHIRL Team for the refund within 1 month, will also receive NON-locked KickTokens
*The amount of $ you spent buying WHIRL will be recalculated at the current Coinmarketcap rate to Kick Tokens.
**To avoid the critical dump, KICK tokens will be unlocked randomly for everyone within the 3 months. The first unlocks will be available in 1 month after KICKEX exchange launch.
For WHIRL Airdroppers & Bounties
Important: those who have not directly bought the WRL token but either earned it in a bounty or received it via an airdrop will also receive the refund in locked KICK tokens.
KICK tokens will be locked up until KICKEX exchange is launched. Detailed instructions on how to unlock KickTokens will be published prior to the KICKEX exchange launch. The conditions will be easy and as simple as ever.

It is no brainer that the project will see the light in the future. Give the people some time to adopt new economic models and the cryptocurrency. WRL Token will not be received by anyone now as WHIRL will be back in a much stronger dynamic whirlwind by the end of 2020.
