Statement regarding LATOKEN Bounty distribution.

Following the recent back and forth with LATOKEN team regarding WHIRL Bounty distribution, KICKICO would like to reiterate that the interests of our users are our utmost priority. KICKICO, an affiliate company of WHIRL, as a gesture of good, offered a refund to everyone who invested in WHIRL and temporarily offered liquid and popular KickTokens instead of WRL. It is important to note that such ways of bounty token distribution has already been implemented by Bounty0x team, that supplied us with anonymous wallet addresses where we sent the tokens. Therefore it’s only LATOKEN platform that refuses to cooperate.

Every action taken in regards to LATOKEN platform serves the only purpose of ensuring that our users and customers receive the funds they are entitled to in full.

We would like to highlight that at no point in time KICKICO has requested information that might be regarded as personal or confidential. Moreover, we are open for compromise solutions to transfer the tokens as our only target is to deliver it to designated owners. The transfer of frozen bonus tokens to the users through LATOKEN wallet as requested by their team is not feasible from the technical perspective. Due to their technical features of the frozen tokens they can be transferred only once, therefore in a case of the initial transfer to LATOKEN platform wallet they will remain there permanently not reaching the users. Unlocking the tokens is only possible if they are in users’ wallets.

The additional solution of creating new wallets as we suggested is easy and doesn’t require any specific technical expertise or time, therefore, we are surprised LATOKEN team is not willing to do this as well. Naturally, KICKICO team will bear all the token transfer related costs.

KICKICO is hugely disappointed with the fact that LATOKEN team arrogantly refuses to cooperate yet remains open for a dialogue with LATOKEN team as our main priority is to get the tokens to designated owners.

As for LATOKEN claims regarding 2.077 ETH raised for WHIRL through their platform we are happy to provide proof to support our claims — screenshots of the personal cabinet with empty balances along with the wallet addresses where collected funds should have been transferred.
